Products: Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Services: If you purchased a product but are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of the service being provided. Service refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Customized Products: Customized or personalized products are not refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2.Returns: If your refund request for a physical product is approved, we will guide you through the return process. Returned products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and gifts. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for both sending and returning the product.

3.Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund requirements. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

4. Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The refund amount will appear on your bill within seven business days.

5.Non-Refundable Items

-Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
-Items returned more than 14 days after receipt

6.Defective or Damaged Goods

7.Exchanges

Colors and styles are mostly shown in real photos; please consider carefully before buying. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items marked “Sale” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
